Accounting Clerk

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to join the EWS Connectrac Team in Dallas, Texas. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES+ Enter, Post, and reconcile batches of payments and credit refunds to customer accounts+ Monitor customer accounts for non payment and delayed payment+ Maintain daily cash book and reconcile to the bank+ Research and resolve customer A/R issues and inquiries+ Assist with Receiving and AP invoice issues+ Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies+ Process 1099 reporting+ Record Retention of New Customer Account Applications+ Provide accounting support in effort to deliver accurate and timely finance and accounting servicesEXPERIENCE + 1+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
