Housekeeper Cleaner available in Dallas

Housekeeping/cleaning/packing services available at locations within Dallas-Irving areas. Please respond ASAP if you have houses/apartments need to be cleaned.

Especially looking for REGULAR REQUESTs (weekly/biweekly) on the weekend (Sunday + Saturday or Monday).

PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN BASIC SUPPLIES: Vacuum cleaner, Broom, Mop (sponge or disposable preferred), Scrubs, AND any specific-surface liquid cleaners (furniture/leather/special-care materials).

Basic Cleaning Solutions will be preferably provided by you (or I will charge extra to purchase them myself, but they will be stored at your home for recurrent service).

Please LIST what you have/don’t have to make sure we’ll get all the supplies ready for the cleaning.

GENERAL CLEANING charges in CASH (does NOT include LAUNDRY, INSIDE FRIDGE, INSIDE CABINET, or INSIDE OVEN “TOTAL” clean-out, the services may be provided with extra charges)

1 beds/1 baths/1000ft max= $100 (or efficiency/studio)

2 beds/2 baths/1500ft max= $125

3 beds/2 baths/2000ft max= $150

4 beds/3 baths/2500ft max= $170

DEEP CLEANING specifically is charged with an HOURLY RATE of $27.5/hr, with 4 hours minimum PER VISIT, charges in CASH (Recurrent service request customers will get a better special rate!)

-Wash Dishes by hands

-Degrease inside Stove, Oven, Vent, Walls, Cabinets..

-Clean inside Refrigerators, Freezers, Appliances..

-Detail Dust Ceiling Fans, Fan Blades, Light Fixtures, Blinds..

-Dust n Polish Furniture and Knick-Knacks

-Pickup Clutters

-High Dust for cobwebs, etc..

-Clean Windows, Glass Doors, and other Glass

-Clean Window Sills, and Baseboards

-Clean Doors, Door Frames, Screens, and Switch and Outlet Covers
